I'm using some goodies that have languished in my stash for ages! I saw a video a couple of years ago by Jennifer McGuire and was inspired to buy distress spritz and a hummingbird die. So I thought I'd try the technique in this card.
I sprayed the spritz ;) on black cardstock and diecut the bird pieces from it. I added some extra spritz colour where I thought it needed it. It's so shimmery IRL! Here's a closer look.
I kept the background simple with a 3D floral embossing folder and the sentiment is diecut from glossy black card.

Will this idea worked out very well on the card. That Hummingbird is fantastic and steals the. I'm so glad you got to use those goodies that have languished in your stash. You should bring them out more often.
