CAS coneflower for Seize the Birthday

Hi everyone, it's time for a new challenge at Seize the Birthday and Nancy has chosen a clean and simple theme.
One of my favourites!

Of course you can always play along with our anything goes birthday option too.

Our party guest Asa and my team mates have some gorgeous CAS designs to inspire you, so I hope you can play along.

I do have quite a few flower stamps, but don't often use them! This one by Stampers Anonymous is a favourite. Coloured with inktense pencils and a water brush, then fussy cut.

I'm linking up to a few challenges:

Supplies:
Stampers Anonymous Flower Garden;  sentiment stamp unknown; versafine clair grey ink; versafine clair nocturne ink & clear ep; Inktense pencils; Crafts 4 U stitched rectangle die.

Bauble with gilding flakes

Hi everyone, I was inspired by a few challenges making this card, but some of them have closed.
Where does the time go?!!

I applied some wide double sided adhesive tape to cardstock then added some gilding flakes to it, before diecutting the ornament.
Love the mix of colours in this one and how it pops against the black.

The bow was diecut from black card, inked with versamark and clear embossed for shine.

I'm linking up to these challenges:

Grungy orange, Light blue and brown

Hi everyone, I made this card a while ago and hadn't posted it.
I used some oxide spray stains in the background and distressed the look of the tag with some vintage photo distress ink.
The flowers were coloured with distress inks and a finger dauber.
There's a bit of shimmer on the flowers as I think it's transferred from the finger dauber!

I'm linking up to some challenges:

Krafty Chicks, all occasions

Supplies:
Dies: Memory Box cherry blossom and woodland branch; MFT pierced tag and traditional tag stax.
Oxide spray stains; distress inks; sentiment sticker.

3D butterfly - wax pastes and oxide sprays

Hi everyone, I finally managed to buy this butterfly die and used it straight away.
It's been on my wishlist for ages lol!

I diecut it from black card and rubbed on some art alchemy wax pastes.
I added some gilded foundry wax as highlights and heat set it to bring out the shine.
(I added the antennae from a Memory Box butterfly die!)

The tag was sprayed with oxides in dusty concord and salvaged patina with a spritz of spray stain in antique linen. To finish I blended in some vintage photo distress ink around the edge then spattered on some gold watercolour paint.

Here's a closer look at the shine:

The sentiment die was inked with versamark and embossed with Lindy's midnight gold ep.

I'm linking up to these challenges:

I used a new to me die from Sizzix called intricate corners. I coloured the leaves with distress oxides in shabby shutters and twisted citron. The flowers are a Memory Box die and are watercoloured with twinkling H2Os. Finished off with some layering and a sentiment sticker.
