Hi everyone, thought I'd better get some Mother's Day cards made.
Time seems to be flying by!
I used some new to me goodies with some old ones in this card.
The background cover plate and sentiment stamp are new while the designer paper and floral die have been in my stash for quite a while.
I double layered the flower spray diecut for dimension. The sentiment is embossed in gold and I spattered on some Finetec gold watercolour paint to the flowers for added shine.
I'm linking up to these challenges:
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday, patterned paper
Supplies:
Pink Fresh Studio sparkling diamonds cover plate die; Memory Box sketch flower spray die; Hero Arts infinity rectangle die; Craft Consortium Ink Drops Earth designer paper; Paper Rose Mothers Day stamp; Versafine Clair nocturne ink & Wow fine detail gold ep.
Thanks for visiting, have a great week.

Love the way the texture of your background goes so well with your pretty colored-die cut flowers. Thanks for linking your card up in our Die Cuts or Stencil Challenge on the Addicted to Stamps & More Blog. Cathy ATS&M DT
Beautiful card Cathy - your flowers are so pretty and the background looks great too! xx
Beautiful card Cathy, a lovely fresh, floral design.

I adore that Sparkling Diamonds cover plate die used on the background, and the paper works well for the flowers and leaves Cathy, and a lovely Mother's Day sentiment and finished with the pretty gems in the centres of the flowers and a bit gold splattering too which looks great....a gorgeous card. x
So very pretty, Cathy! Love your Mother's Day card and thanks for the reminder! :) Need to get on that! xx
A beautiful Mother's Day card with that cover die as background for the beautiful flower spray. Great color, too.
