Primarily Pink for Seize the Birthday

 

Hi everyone, it's time for a new challenge at Seize the Birthday, and our wonderful leader Nancy has chosen pink as the theme for this fortnight.

Or play along with our anything goes birthday option.

Our party guest and my team mates have some gorgeous ideas to inspire you so I hope you can play along.

I wanted to make a pink version of this card.

The shoes are diecut from some ancient dp in my stash, and I threaded some cotton twine throught the eyelets with a needle for the laces.

I inked up some card with worn lipstick oxide ink to add some colour under the border panel

Make a Spring Garden for Seize the Birthday

I am CASEing a card from pinterest by Karen Ann Creations, her florals are gorgeous.

I changed it up a little by embossing the background and using a black circle sentiment.

This is a great card for using up coloured card scraps!
