Add a sky for Seize the Birthday

Hi everyone, it's time for a new challenge at Seize the Birthday and Vicki has chosen the theme this time, add a sky.

or add to your stash of birthday cards with our anything goes birthday option.

Our party guests Stef and Linda, along with my team mates have some wonderful inspiration for you, so I hope you can join in.

I was asked for a card to suit a girl who's a bit of a tom boy. I know she's also got blonde hair.
I thought I'd case a card I've made previously and changed the hair colour to suit!

The clouds and grass are stencilled, and the image is coloured with Prismacolours.
Having the matching die for the stamp is a bonus as this is not an image I'd want to fussycut lol!

I'm linking up to these challenges:

Krafty Chicks, all occasions

Supplies:
MFT cloud and grass stencils; MFT let your hair down stamp and die; Crafts 4 U stitched rectangle die; Prismacolour pencils.

Hot Pink & Lime for Seize the Birthday

Hi everyone, it's time for a new challenge at Seize the Birthday and Shirley has chosen a colour theme.

You can always play along with our anything goes birthday theme too.

Our party guests Stef and Karen, along with my team mates have some great inspiration for you, so I hope you get the chance to play along.

I tried to get as close to hot pink and lime with these new to me Catherine Pooler inks, and I thought this 2 layered stencil would make where to lay the colours easy! (I'm feeling like a need a licorice allsort!!)

I'm linking up to these challenges:

Stencil Fun Challenge, playing along without the option of using orange.

Mix It Up Challenge, make your own background

Supplies:
Catherine Pooler inks in pucker up and garden party; Simon Hurley geo circles layering stencil; Crafts 4 U stitched rectangle die; Paper Rose happy birthday chunky layered die.

Vinyl...memories!

Hi everyone, it's back to work for me tomorrow after the school holidays!
A bit more time would be lovely lol!

This is a stamp and die that I bought quite a while ago and have just got around to using.
I used some glossy black cardstock for the records and the labels are diecut from scraps of alcohol inked yupo. (Yes I keep everything lol!)

I'm linking up to these challenges:
Simon Says Stamp Monday, add some texture - shine from the glossy card and the grooves on the diecut.

Allsorts, vintage.
Although vinyl is vintage, I'd better play along with the anything goes option as my card isn't vintage style.

Supplies:
MFT Turntable die and For the Record stamp; alcohol ink scraps; versafine clair nocturne ink & clear ep; Simon Says Stamp glossy black cardstock.
