Alcohol inks, foil and a flower.

I've had this flower die for quite a while and thought it was time to use it!
The background is alcohol inks on yupo paper.

They are celebrating their 2nd birthday at The Flower Challenge, congratulations!
The theme is to add some sparkle to our cards. I've added shiny foil to the alcohol inked background and a sparkly gem to the flower.

It's an anything goes theme at Seize the Birthday.

Supplies:
Poppystamps Floral Stem Collage die; alcohol inks and blending solution; gold foil; sentiment sticker.

Thanks for visiting,
Cathy x

I'm trying to catch up with commenting and this is just gorgeous, but that cat card with the verse below just made me laugh out loud. That is such a cute card and this is the pretty one.

This flower die is absolutely beautiful and I love how you've left it white against that incredible background. I've never played with alcohol inks but everytime I see something as stunning as this I wish I had some. Love the gold touches too and I'm so glad you shared this with us at The Flower Challenge!!

This alcohol ink background is gorgeous Cathy, and the contrast with the white flower aperture to frame it is great. A really elegant card. x

I have this die, Cathy and I do love playing with alcohol ink, but I have never tried foil rubbed on the sticky areas (I have foil). Great idea and beautiful shiny addition, TFS Hugs..Nancy
