WWC 322 - Marsha's Challenge : All About Occasions

 


Hi everyone, it's time for a new challenge at Watercooler Wednesday and Marsha is hosting all about occasions.


The design team have some wonderful inspiration for you so I hope you get the chance to play along.

Had a need for a few sad cards lately and used some new goodies for this one.
A die from Simon Says Stamp, some designer paper and a recently purchased retired Stampin Up sentiment.

Simon Says Stamp Sweet Tulip die; Craft Consortium Ink Drops dusk paper; Stampin Up So Happy For You sentiment stamp; versafine clair nocturne ink & clear ep; linen cardstock.

This is so pretty Cathy. I love the paper behind that lovely die cut. I thought you had inked it or watercolroed it until I read it was designer paper.

A fabulous look to this slimline card and perfect for a sad occasion Cathy. I love the CC paper with the pretty white die cut tulip frame over the top..so elegant. x

Wow! For a sad card, this is stunning. I love your clean and simple design and use of the die. Keeping the base and die-cut white makes the wonderful designer paper "pop". Love it! And the sentiment is the perfect finishing touch. The occasion may be sad, but the card is definitely not.
