Hi everyone, I made this card for my eldest son's birthday this weekend.
I can't believe he's 25 already!
I'm linking up to the challenge at Simon Says Stamp Monday where the inspiration this week is the letter I.
I used distress ink on this Memory Box stencil.
The theme at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday is sparkle and shine.
I covered the diecut numbers with versamark then embossed with black sparkle embossing powder.
The card is laid back to capture the sparkle in the photo.
Supplies:
Memory Box Smash stencil & Parker numbers die; distress inks; versamark ink; black sparkle ep; sentiment sticker; Darice embossing folder, I think it's called crackle.
Thanks for visiting,
Cathy x

Great colourwork! Jo x
You don't look old enough to have a 25 yo, Cathy!! But you sure are talented enough to knock his card right out of the park! What a festive design, so great for a guy!! Enjoy the weekend! Hugs, Darnell
Cool and fun and so celebratory, Cathy ... such a great colour combo! Anita :)
Doesn't time fly by ... one minute the kids are toddling around, and the next, they are adults. How does that happen??!! :) HB to your son ... he is going to love this super creative card from his mom! xx
Fabulous card from the embossed card to the colors to the stencil to the sparkling numbers! Love it!
Great card, and what a gorgeous background you have created! Thanks for playing along with us at Seize The Birthday :)
This card is incredible! I hope your son loves (I know I do) and I thought your colors and design were versatile enough to make this the perfect card for many different recipients. I love how you blended the colors and used white as a second accent color. You did an amazing job on this and I'm so glad you shared it with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
Great masculine card Mxxx
Gorgeous card, love all the different colours you used.
Thank you for joining us at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge this week.
