Metallic star

Hi everyone, I've been playing with embossing powders again, nothing is safe lol!

I inked up the star diecut with versamark, then tipped on some aged copper frantage enamelling powder.
Love the verdigris look that came through.

Here's a closer look.

I'm linking up to these challenges:

Less is More where the team is celebrating their 11th birthday, Congratulations!

Perfectly CAS, metallic

I placed a white star under the embossed one to add interest, it may be too subtle for the challenge theme though.

Little Red Wagon, make it masculine

Supplies:
Star die - out of packaging so no name; versamark ink; Stampendous aged copper embossing enamel; Happy Little Stampers doodled flowers sentiment; versafine clair nocturne ink & clear ep; Crafts 4 U stitched rectangle die.

Thanks for visiting,
Cathy x

  13. Stunning Cathy… well done.
Gives me some ideas for Christmas cards.. now just must do!

Just popped over to see if you’re okay, as Lismore was deluged with worst ever recorded floods, trust and praying you’re high and dry somewhere and house is okay.

Thinking and praying for everyone there I lived through flood in 1972 when at teachers college, moved in 9am flooded mid afternoon, but I was on top floor which was okay, not so good for lower levels!
… then okay but would’ve been roof pluck the other day. ☹️😥

Thanks for Sharing, God bless and keep you safe, and all those you love,
    Prayer hugs Shaz in Oz.x

  15. Your card is really eye-catching. I love your metallic copper star, but I also love the fact that you used a white star as a shadow. I also like the beautiful base, with a delicate texture, it perfectly complements the card.
Thank you for adding this beautiful card to our gallery at Perfectly CAS.
