Hi everyone, it's time for a new challenge at CAS Christmas and Colleen has chosen plaid as the theme.
Our guest Melanie and my team mates have some great inspiration for you so I hope you can play along.
All of the details are on the blog.
I diecut a tag thinking I'd use that then stencilled some sugar glitter paste through it.
It was sparkly but a bit bland, so I sprayed and smooshed on some Lindys starburst spray in a golden green colour.
That was a bit too much lol!
I tried it behind a few diecuts and thought this one with trees toned it down enough.
Here's a closer look at the sparkle.
The sentiment was embossed with a pearl jade powder.
I'm linking up to these challenges:
Simon Says Stamp Monday, glimmer and sparkle
Merry Little Christmas Challenge, anything goes
I've gone with S for stencil.
Tim Holtz plaid layering stencil; Bo Bunny glitter paste-sugar; Lindy's starburst spray in Ponderosa Pines Olive; Spellbinders circle die; Memory Box deco tree die; Hero Arts sentiment stamp; versafine clair nocturne ink & Stampendous Pearl lustre jade embossing powder.
Thanks for visiting,
Cathy x
