Hi everyone, it's time for a new challenge at Watercooler Wednesday and it's my turn to host a feminine themed challenge!
I made this card for my Mum who loves birds. She is in a nursing home and since we are back in lockdown, she can't have any visitors.
Not many cases at all here in my part of northern NSW, but better to be safe than sorry!
The bird is a retired Stampin Up punch coloured with distress inks.
The flowers are also a punch and the greenery is from a diecut coloured with distress inks that I snipped leaves from!
I'm linking up to these challenges:
Supplies:
Stampin Up bird punch; Carl flower punch; Memory Box woodland branch die; distress inks; Crafts 4 U stitched rectangle die; Casual Fridays Mum's the word sentiment;
versafine ink & clear ep;
Sorry that the lockdown prevents your Mum from having visitors Cathy but she will love this oh so pretty card and wonderful colours too. Our son lives a few miles outside Sydney so he is locked down too, although it would appear that most of the cases are out west and like you there are hardly any cases where he is. Going by how it has been over here, when the numbers of vaccinations rise sufficiently things will improve. x
