Butterfly Journey


Hi, I was inspired by the challenge at Tag You're It to make this card.
Here's the gorgeous inspiration tag.

While I haven't used the colours I was inspired by the use of the double tag.

I'm also linking up to the challenge at Allsorts where the theme is autumn.

At Crafting with Dragonflies the theme is anything goes.

At Simon Says Stamp Monday the challenge is to use a stamp as a finishing touch on your project.
I fussy cut this Hero Arts butterfly as the finishing touch on my tag.

Supplies:
Memory Box Journey collage stamp; Hero Arts antique engravings butterfly stamp; versafine ink & clear ep; distress inks; inktense pencils; Birds & Swirls embossing folder.

    Love the rich colours you have used, Cathy! The butterfly looks gorgeous and the text on the tag gives a lovely vintage look :)

    Cathy, this is such a rich looking card with the script on the tag, the burgundy and the vintage aged look. It would be a good card for the Autumn Butterfly Challenge too I think. It's so lovely! Your signature style to be sure. TFS & Hugs

    I love the double tag Cathy and the pretty embossing in the background. The brown layer shows off the script on the front beautifully, and the butterfly is a gorgeous colour and complements it perfectly. x
