Splatters for Seize the Birthday

 

Hi everyone, it's time for a new challenge at Seize the Birthday and Glenda has chosen splatters.
I love getting messy with mixed media lol!

Or you can add to your birthday stash with our anything goes birthday option.

Our party guest Wanda and my team mates have some great ideas to inspire you, so I hope you can play along.

 I revisited watching some You Tube videos by Tiffany Solorio using magicals. 

This one is inspired by her video here. 

I made the background by sprinkling the magicals onto watercolour paper and spritzing with lots of water. When dry I flicked or splattered on water droplets to create texture.

 I also tried stamping some text randomly with white pigment ink, that's the mixed media part lol!

Then flicked on some white gloss spray and some splatters of gold paint.

I layered up the white diecut leaves for extra dimension.
