Neutral Colours only for Seize the Birthday

Hi everyone, it's time for a new challenge at Seize the Birthday,  and Ashwini has chosen neutral colours for our theme.

Or build up your card stash with our anything goes birthday option.

Our party guest is the very talented Loll who, along with my team mates has some wonderful ideas to inspire you, so hope to see you in the gallery.

I had a sentiment stamped on a card base that has been in my bit box for a few years!
I decided to add a butterfly that complemented the colours. My neutrals include mainly browns and creams and metallic or pearl versions of these - bronze and cafe au lait embossing powders

I inked up the butterfly wings and body with versamark and added Lindy's embossing powder. I added a layer of vellum and beige card under the wings.

I'm linking up to these challenges:

Allsorts, playing along with the anything goes option

Mix it Up Challenge, anything goes and optional stamping

Supplies:
Memory Box lunette and oriel butterfly dies: Happy Little Stampers mix mash sentiment stamp; versamark ink; Lindy's Stamp Gang cafe au lait and midnight bronze embossing powders; Stately embossing folder.

Thanks for visiting,
Cathy x
