Hi everyone, we've had quite a few sad occasions in our community lately, and I've been making quite a few sympathy cards.
I find it easiest to have some cards at the ready for these times.
This one is very CAS with just some designer paper, an aperture diecut and a stamped sentiment.
I'm linking up to some challenges:
Little Red Wagon, cool colours
Simon Says Stamp circle of leaves die; Crafts 4 U stitched rectangle die; The Ton easy expressions sympathy stamp; versafine clair nocturne ink & clear ep; Craft Consortium ink drops ocean designer paper; hammered cardstock.
Thanks for visiting,
Cathy x
I agree with you that it is better to have some made up ahead because it's hard to make them when needed. This pattern paper is gorgeous and just the right touch for a sympathy card. It is lovely and will bring comfort of you thinking of them.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card Cathy, love the background and your design..
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for joining in with our challenge at Little Red Wagon, hope you will play again..

Wow, Cathy, this is STUNNING! Such a dramatic window, and I love that paper visible through it - gorgeous! This card is sure to bring comfort where needed. Thanks so much for playing at Make My Monday!
ReplyDeleteSympathy cards are always so difficult to make, love the simplicity of the die cut against the DP♥
ReplyDeleteThis is the perfect sympathy card Cathy with the pretty leafy frame and the added dp in the background works beautifully. x
