Thoughtful Kookaburra

 


Hi everyone, I don't usually make landscape oriented cards, but thought it had to be landscape for this one.

I'm playing along with the challenge at AAA Cards 
Along the edge and your country, (Australia) while keeping it CAS!


Kookaburras are often known for their raucous laughing call, bit I think they can look quite pensive as well.
Some distress ink blending along the edge, I diecut 2 birds and layered them for dimension and an embossed sentiment finished the card.

Supplies:
Paper Rose kookaburra on a branch die; distress inks; Happy Little Stampers sentiment die; versafine clair nocturne ink & clear ep: Crafts 4 U stitched rectangle die; hammered card base.
