Retro wheels!

Hi everyone, it's time for a new challenge at Seize the Birthday  and Shirley has chosen wheels as the theme.

The design team and our guest Lynda have lots of inspiration for you, so I hope you can join us in the gallery.
If wheels aren't your thing then there is also the anything goes birthday option, a great chance to build up your birthday stash!

I love this kombi stamp and have used it in the past with a peace sign brad!
I vaguely remember kombis also having a smiley cover on the spare tyre. It was coloured with oxide ink, layered onto a black circle then inked with versamark and clear embossed to add lots of shine.

I'm linking up to these challenges:
Retro Rubber, anything goes, the date on the retro cars set is 2010!

AAA Birthday celebrating their 2nd birthday!

Supplies:
Kanban retro cars stamp; Hero Arts unicorn ink; Memory Box groovy symbols die; distress oxide ink; versamark ink & clear embossing powder; sentiment sticker.

Thanks for visiting,
Cathy x

  5. What a perfect male card Cathy! I love the textured background (card stock or paper? I couldn't decide!) and white embossing with the pop of colour the smiley face provides. Vicky x
