Woohoo owl birthday

Hi everyone, I've become a bit obsessed with retired Stampin Up sets lately!
There are still a few I'm searching for (en francais is one!) but I'm having fun with Punch Bunch owl and the Just Sayin stamps and dies.

This card fits a few challenges at the moment.

At Just us Girls it's a bird theme.

For the CAS Mix Up Card Challenge I've used stamping, diecuts, fussy cutting, sponging with distress ink, and dry embossing.

At Addicted to Stamps & More it's anything goes.

Seize the birthday has an option of sunshine, But I've gone with anything goes birthday.

And since I used a green snippet for the leafy branch I'm visiting the playground at

Pixies Crafty Workshop

Supplies:
Stampin Up Punch Bunch owl stamp; Just sayin sentiment stamp and matching die; Spellbinders circle die; Impression Obsession leafy branch die; versafine ink, clear ep; distress inks; Prismacolor pencils; Papertrey Ink woodgrain texture plate; birthday sentiment sticker; joggle eyes.

Thanks for visiting,
Cathy x

  11. Hi Kathy,
This beautiful card does not refer to your very recognizable style. It's very different and very funny. Beautifully done a circular background for owls silhouette. Very nice card.

  19. The woodgrain background is ideal for this little night hooty-owl. This is just so cute, and the blending in the night sky is wonderful. Love the out-of-the circle treatment with the branches. Cute paperpiecing for his 'vest' and the google eyes are fun! TFS
