Hi everyone, it's Mother's Day here on Sunday so I'm looking forward to a day of relaxing, doing whatever I want! (We'll see what happens lol)
I stamped 2 of these Penny Black flowers, fussy cut the centre from one and popped it up on the other to add dimension. I coloured them with a deep rose inktense pencil.
The texture on the base card was done with a Papertrey Ink impression plate. I think the sandwich in my Bigshot Plus was wrong but I love the subtle effect.
I'm linking up to the anything goes challenge at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday.
My greenery is diecut from a scrap of white card coloured with distress ink.Using snippets means I can visit the playground at Pixie's Crafty Workshop.
The Card Concept has a spring flowers theme this gorgeous inspiration pic. My card is in the clean and layered category.
Supplies:
Penny Black For you stamp; Poppystampe meadow leaf die; MFT tag stax dies; Simon Says Stamp Mum die; distress inks; Inktense pencil; Papertrey Ink giga guide impression plate; flower bling.
Thanks for visiting,
Cathy x
