Hi, I thought I'd post another quick card tonight before I get things ready for work tomorrow, sadly the school holidays are over!
I used one of my favourite Memory box dies and a flower punch. The bling is liquid pearls.
This week at Craftyhazlenuts Christmas Challenge, the theme is trees.
Craftyhazlenuts Christmas Challenge Extra this month has an anything goes theme.
Merry Monday Always Playing with Paper, also has an anything goes Christmas challenge for this month.
Thanks for visiting :)

ReplyDeleteI love this tree, Cathy! And it's so pretty with the red flowers!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card - very attractive and elegant - thanks for entering both of my CHNC challenges - hope to see you again soon. x
ReplyDeleteHi Cathy
ReplyDeleteI spotted that you won over at Hazel's Challenge with this lovely card.
It did set me off giggling, great minds think alike - look at this one:
http://pixiescraftyworkshop.blogspot.co.uk/2012/12/pixies-crafty-snippets-week-51.html - made in December last year.
What I did was to due cut a second tree in red and then snip off the flowers to use on the main one. Fine so long as you just snip off one red flower at a time to keep track of which flower goes where, they just cover the green ones up :) But you do retain the variations in size and shape, although I bet your way was faster!
Hugs, and well done!
Di xx
Thanks Di, that way does sound very labour intensive! It's a great tree though isn't it, there's so many ways to decorate it :) Cathy x
