Hi, I've made another card using a scrap of calico, my tattered flower die, distress inks and perfect pearl mist.
I'm entering the challenge al Less is More, where the theme is to make a birthday card for Jen. I'm cutting it close as the deadline is in a few hours!!
I'm also entering the Anything Goes challenge at Simon Says Stamp. At Addicted to Stamps & More, the theme is also Anything Goes.
Materials used: Sizzix embossing folder; Tim Holtz Tattered Flower die; Stampin Up Build a Bird leaf punch; distress inks; perfect pearl mist; MFT label die; sentiment sticker and bling from stash.
Thanks for visiting :)
this is beautiful cathy - such a good use of the die xx

ReplyDeleteVery pretty card. Love the texture and the colours you chose!
ReplyDeleteHi Cathy, your fabric flower looks so pretty, such a lovely colouring. Really like the embossed background too.
ReplyDeleteI always love the subtle beauty of a fabric die, laden with inky goodness and slightly fraying at the edges...just reminds me of a real flower.
ReplyDeleteI love that embossed background! It looks like a basket and the flower is so pretty!
ReplyDeleteYou make the prettiest floral CAS cards, Cathy. It's so appropriate that you photograph your little works of art on an easel!!
ReplyDeleteHi Cathy. Such a great embossed background - will have to take a look and see if I can find that folder! :) The flower is so beautiful - love the dimension with sponged edges. Loll xx
ReplyDeleteCathy, this is so beautiful. Perfect color on your flower to complement your embossed vintage background. Love that flower & the pop of greenery...just wonderful. I think the folder is just right on the fabric posey too. TFS
ReplyDeleteAnother Beautiful card Cathy. As always thank you for playing along with the ATS&M challenge.
