Horseshoe Star

Hi, my hubby has been making some hat and tack racks out of old horseshoes.
We don't have horses so he made me a slightly shorter, fancier one with a gold star as a feature. I love it!
You can have a look here.

I thought one of his stars would look good with my woodgrain background stamp. I had to get him to help me with the star. I used thin metal sheet and my MFT western dies. Had to trim the loop and the end of the horseshoes off. It's glued together with glossy accents.

I'm going to enter the Anything Goes challenge at Simon Says Stamp

Thanks for visiting :)

  1. Hi Cath

I am loving that wood-grain background stamp very much .. .. it looks really useful.

You asked if the template I showed on Sunday was a 12 x 12 one. No I'm afraid it isn't. It is just a small metal template that measures 4" x 4".

Hope you are having a good week.

    Love Jules xx
