Cactus

 

Hi everyone, these orange colours are warming me up,

 it's been freezing here lately!

Back to work in the school office on Monday, so making the most of my craft room until then!

I stencilled the sun with some distress oxides in mustard seed, spiced marmalade and ripe persimmon.

The tall cactus was cut from some scraps of smooshed blue/yellow cardstock, 

then I sponged on green distress inks to consolidate the colours. The short cactus was coloured with distress inks as were the flowers.

I've gone with CAS, birthday and diecuts.

Dies R Us, anything goes (used a Sizzix die)

Sizzix Funky cactus dies; MFT circle extraordinaire stencil; oxide and distress inks;

 Paper Smooches sentiment sampler stamp; versafine clair nocturne and clear ep; Crafts 4 U stitched rectangle die.
